Both products should be taken regularly. Take STROKEX 1 capsule twice daily with meals. Take METABOKLER 2 capsules twice daily before meals. In practice, METABOKLER is best taken before breakfast and before dinner or lunch, while STROKEX is best taken with breakfast and dinner. Please note that one pack of STROKEX is intended for a 6-week course, while one pack of METABOKLER lasts 15 days at the recommended dose and is usually taken for at least 3 months. This makes the pack a strong starting point, after which METABOKLER is usually continued. If you take prescription medicines or are under medical supervision, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
