Composition of MIGRAKLER:

Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium L.) extract with high plant concentration and guaranteed amount of active substance parthenolide. Amount of the extract in a daily intake is equal to 48.9 mg of feverfew herb. European Medicines Agency in its Evaluation Report on Feverfew (EMA/HMPC/48716/2019) has concluded that Feverfew is being used for treating migraine and headache with a therapeutic dose of 100 mg of herbs per day.

Buffered Magnesium Citrate (Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Oxide) deliver by 67% better absorption of the basic substance of Magnesium if compared to the same amount of other forms of Magnesium salts.

Coenzyme Q10 is provided as ubiquinone. This coenzyme form is being synthesized in human body and it is more stable than ubiquinol, another form of Coenzyme Q10.

Riboflavin / Vitamin B2 (daily intake contains 12.5 mg) helps protect cells from oxidative stress, reduces fatigue and weakness and also promotes normal functioning of the nervous system.

1) Can MIGRAKLER be taken together with other food supplements or medicines, for example to treat migraines?

Migrakler should not be taken together with other food supplements containing magnesium, vitamin B2 or coenzyme Q10 to avoid overdose. If you are taking medication for migraine, you can take Migrakler as an addition to your treatment after consulting your doctor.

2) If I feel unwell while taking MIGRAKLER, what should I do?

Stop taking Migrakler because you may have an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in Migrakler or you may be experiencing side effects from one of the ingredients in Migrakler.

3) Will MIGRAKLER have an immediate effect?

No, Migrakler is a supplementary therapy and is not a painkiller; its effect will be seen when used as indicated.

4) The recommended daily intake is 2 capsules. What if I only take 1 capsule a day?

Taking less Migrakler than the amount indicated in the instructions may not give the desired effect. The recommended intake of two capsules indicated in the instructions is estimated as the effective daily dose.

5) Should I take MIGRAKLER preventively or only when a migraine starts?

Migrakler should be used preventively, and the duration of use may be up to 4 months for the best results.

6) If I have a very severe migraine, can I take more than 2 capsules a day?

No, the daily intake is 2 capsules per day, regardless of the level of pain.

7) Will MIGRAKLER reduce both the frequency and severity of migraine?

Yes, clinical studies (references Under a microscope | Migraine) of the ingredients in Migrakler – magnesium, coenzyme Q10, riboflavin and feverfew – have shown beneficial effects on both the frequency and severity of migraines.

8) If my headaches are infrequent and the cause of the headache is, for example, stress, menstruation, hangover, or other cause, will MIGRAKLER help me?

No, Migrakler is not designed for such cases.

9) Will MIGRAKLER help me to completely overcome my migraines?

10) What happens if I do not use MIGRAKLER for the recommended 3 months, but for a shorter period?

The desired effect may not be achieved.

11) Why is MIGRAKLER not recommended for long-term use?

Clinical studies have not been conducted with the individual active ingredients in Migrakler for longer than 4 months, so we do not have reliable study results to report on the safety of using them continuously over a longer period of time. Accordingly, we recommend a 1-month break after 3-4 months of use.

12) Is it obligatory to consult a doctor before taking MIGRAKLER?

No, this is not necessary if you are not taking medication or are not under the supervision of a doctor.

13) Can MIGRAKLER be addictive?

No, Migrakler does not cause addiction.

14) Can it be the case that I do not feel the effects of MIGRAKLER? Can this happen and why?

Yes, this can happen. The reasons may be different. For example, the proper use of Migrakler is not followed. Also, the specific characteristics of each individual body and the cause and type of headache should be taken into account.

15) Can MIGRAKLER be used together with other CLARIWELL products, for example DEPREKLER?

Yes, Migrakler can be used with other Clariwell products, including Nervokler. If you take Nervokler and Migrakler at the same time, both of which contain magnesium, the total magnesium dose will not exceed 500 mg per day and doses of 400-500 mg per day are often used for migraine prevention.
