Our aim is to make shopping in our e-shop as easy as possible. However, if you have any problems, feel free to contact us using whichever means is most convenient for you – e-mail (info@clariwell.com or e-mail form on the website section Contacts), the Facebook Massenger contact tool or by phone +371 6692 3303 (working days from 9:00 to 17:00).
At the moment, only non-cash payment options are available in our e-shop, using the most popular online banks in the Baltic states and other countries, as well as payment cards (Visa and Mastercard). Payments are provided by the payment system Paysera.
After adding a product or products to the cart and filling in the required information on the Shopping Cart page, click on the Pay (or Continue) button and the payment system of Paysera will open. The Paysera window will ask for the name and e-mail of the payer. In the next step you will be able to choose the payment method by your online bank (all popular online banks in the Baltics and other countries are available) or by payment card. After successful completion of the payment, you will receive two e-mails: 1) from Paysera Bank for payment to the email address you provided in the Paysera window; 2) from Clariwell for acceptance of the order with an attached invoice to the email address you provided in the Clariwell Shopping Cart checkout page. The e-mail addresses and names you provide to Clariwell and Paysera may be different; this does not in any way change the processing of your order, in which we will only use the data you will have provided when placing your Clariwell Shopping Cart.
If the payment of the order in the Paysera payment system or your bank system has not taken place for any reason, you will receive a notification on your screen. The reasons for this can be various, however, they are mostly related to temporary problems of mutual communication between banks’ payment systems. In this situation, we recommend:
- Try to pay for the purchase again - go to the shopping cart (Cart | Clariwell), make sure that the order’s data are still correct and make the payment.

- Contact us via Facebook Massenger communication tool or e-mail - corresponding icons can be found in the lower right corner of our homepage or on the contact page. When sending us a message, please indicate your name that you specified in the order. We will send you the invoice of the order you have prepared, which you can pay by bank transfer to our Swedbank Latvia bank account LV26HABA0551050693495 or Paysera Lithuania bank account LT293500010014682401.
When checking out, you can choose delivery by courier across the European Union or by Omniva parcel service in Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia. Delivery to Omniva parcel machines is free of charge for purchases above 20 eur in all Baltic states. We process your order and hand it over to the Omniva courier as soon as possible – the same or next working day, informing you about that with an e-mail "Clariwell order status". After that, Omniva delivery time is 1-3 days in Latvia and 3-6 days in Lithuania and Estonia. If these deadlines are exceeded, we recommend that you take the following consecutive steps:
- Check your phone for a recent text message from Omniva.
- Find our email "Clariwell Order Status" sent from the address delivery@clariwell.com - the Omniva delivery tracking number is indicated there. Please click on the link of this number to check the status of the Omniva shipment. If the status is "Shipment is on the way" or " Shipment is at the sorting centre" – unfortunately, Omniva has not yet managed to deliver the parcel to your parcel machine, but soon it will be.
- If the status of the parcel is "Shipment has arrived at the parcel machine", the parcel has arrived and Omniva has sent an SMS about the receipt of the parcel. If there is no SMS - find our e-mail "Order confirmation" sent from the address noreply@clariwell.com. Make sure that your mobile phone number is shown correctly on the invoice attached to the order confirmation! Don’t worry about the incorrect country code – we have adjusted it before delivery based on parcel machine location.
- If these recommendations have not helped to understand what is happening with the parcel addressed to you, or if the specified phone number for receiving Omniva SMS is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact icons in the lower right corner of the homepage (e-mail or FB Messenger) or send an e-mail to delivery@clariwell.com.
Please note that the storage period of the parcel in your parcel machine is 7 calendar days. If the order is not removed from the parcel machine within the mentioned time, it is returned to us. If you still want to receive your order, contact us. Before re-delivery of the order, you will have to pay additional delivery costs. Or we will refund you the difference between the purchase amount and the shipping costs within 10 days.
We deliver across the European Union. Delivery to Omniva parcel terminals is possible in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, and is free of charge for purchases above 20 eur.
If you have not yet paid for your order, you can change it at any time by deleting or adding items to your cart.
If you have already made your payment, received the Paysera payment notification e-mail and our order acceptance e-mail, but still wish to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to delivery@clariwell.com or by calling +371 6692 3303 (working days from 9:00 to 17:00). We will find the best solution for you.
If you wish to cancel your order after we have sent it to you (which we will notify you of in a separate e-mail), please see the Right of Withdrawal Policy in the section Terms and Conditions | Clariwell.
If you would like to receive e-mail updates about our products, please enter your e-mail address in the form at the bottom of the Clariwell.com Home page. By providing your e-mail address, it will be added to our e-mail list to which we regularly send information about our newsletters.

All Clariwell products are made in Latvia. Our food supplements comply with European Union regulations and the requirements of food and health authorities.
Clariwell products are food supplements. All our products are registered in the food supplement registers of Latvia and other European Union countries (including Lithuania, Estonia, Germany).
The main ingredients of our products are herbs, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids – substances that are naturally absorbed into the human body without harming it. We carefully select every raw material in our products because
Clariwell products are formulated based on scientific research on the effects of each ingredient on specific biochemical processes in the human body. Ingredients are combined to ensure the broadest possible effect on specific processes in the human body and that the ingredients in one product complement each other to maximise their effectiveness. At the same time, the amount of an ingredient, or the effective dose per day, is important, so the amount of each ingredient in a product is carefully evaluated and the ingredients’ proven effective dose is included in clinical trials. Products with this combination of ingredients at the respective doses are unique as they are only registered at Clariwell.
Food supplements cannot be used after their expiry date. As our products are natural and do not contain preservatives or artificial colourings, it is not recommended to store them for long periods after opening.
In the European Union, it is forbidden to distribute food supplements that are not registered in the register of the national supervisory authority. On the one hand, a food supplement is a food, but on the other hand, it can still be considered as a borderline product between food and medicine. As food supplements can be bought without a prescription and used without a doctor’s recommendation, there must be full assurance of their safety and compliance with safety requirements. Unfortunately, there are also food supplements that are not registered, and no one is responsible for their safety, so it is important to check whether a particular food supplement is registered before buying it.
Clariwell products are vegan-friendly because they do not contain products of animal origin, artificial colourants and preservatives or genetically modified organisms, sweeteners, yeast, wheat protein, lactose, or gluten. The shell of capsules does not use gelatine of animal origin – instead, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsules without dyes are used. However, each product must be assessed individually, as allergies to any of the ingredients in a particular product may occur.
We do not recommend products that are intended for adults for use by children, as the ingredients have been studied in adults and the exact effects on the children are unknown. At the same time, the daily dose is calculated per 70 kg of body weight and if the child has reached this weight, the use of a food supplement may be considered in consultation with a doctor, except for in cases where the use of a food supplement is prohibited or restricted.
