Composition of DEPREKLER:

Zinc as organic mineral – chelated amino acids which can be easily assimilated and used by the body. Research shows that the patented ingredient used as a Zinc source has a better absorption and that Zinc level in plasma remains higher if compared to other forms of Zinc. It provides 24% higher absorption and 21% higher retention in tissue if compared to Zinc Oxide.

Selenium as Selenium yeast. Patented ingredient is natural Selenium yeast from Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast strain which does not contain pathogens and is GMO-free. During the cultivation process this yeast can accumulate and include Selenium in protein structure thus giving it antioxidant properties that help the body fight the oxidative stress. Yeast cells are inactive therefore they cannot proliferate if consumed. Selenium yeast is a form of Selenium closest to natural food as, for example Brazil nuts, eggs, peas, poultry and meat.

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is one of the most important ingredients of blood and brain, it participates in brain circulation, energy and tissue gas exchange processes. The main role of GABA in body is reduction of neuron activity in brain and central nervous system which according to clinical research has a multi-level impact both on the body and mind, such as it encourages relaxation, balances mood, reduces of stress and pain.

Saffron Crocus (Crocus Sativus L.) extract corresponds 30 mg Saffron Crocus herbs with their antioxidant properties. Several clinical studies have provided data that Saffron has antidepressant effect.

The recommended daily intake is 2 capsules. We recommend using 1 capsule twice a day during the meal with a glass of water or cool drink. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

DEPREKLER contains 84 capsules in one package, designed for the entire 6-week course of use. We recommend repeating the course of use with a break of 1 month.

1) Can DEPREKLER be taken together with other food supplements or medicines, such as antidepressants?

Deprekler should not be combined with other sedatives or antidepressants, as they may increase the effects of each other. Similarly, Deprekler should not be taken at the same time as other supplements containing zinc or selenium. Be cautious when taking Deprekler at the same time as antibiotics. Both quinolone antibiotics and tetracycline antibiotics cross-react with zinc in Deprekler in the gastrointestinal tract, delaying the absorption of both zinc and antibiotics. This cross-reaction can be reduced by taking antibiotics at least 2 hours before or 4-6 hours after taking Deprekler. Deprekler may also reduce the absorption and efficacy of penicillamine used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. To reduce this cross-reaction, we recommend that you take Deprekler at least 2 hours before or after taking penicillamine. People allergic to oregano, olive (including olives) and prickly saltwort may also react allergically to the saffron in Deprekler.

2) If I feel unwell while taking DEPREKLER, what should I do?

Indigestion, nausea, decreased appetite, constipation, or a burning sensation in the throat are possible side effects of taking Deprekler. So, if you feel unwell – stop taking Deprekler.

3) Will DEPREKLER have an immediate effect?

No, Deprekler, like other antiperspirants, can be taken for a long term – up to 12 months. The speed of effectiveness depends on the stage of depression and on the characteristics of each individual organism.

4) The recommended daily intake is 2 capsules. What if I only take 1 capsule a day?

Taking less Deprekler than the amount indicated in the instructions may not give the desired effect. The recommended intake of two capsules indicated in the instructions is estimated as the effective daily dose.

5) If I am very anxious or depressed, should I take more than 2 capsules a day?

No, you cannot take more than the amount indicated in the instructions.

6) Will DEPREKLER also help with major depression?

If you are suffering from major depression, we recommend that you visit your healthcare professional and decide on the right treatment in collaboration with them.

7) What happens if I do not take DEPREKLER for the full course of 6 weeks, but for a shorter period of time?

You will probably not feel the desired effect. The minimum use is one pack or a 6-week course. 

8) Is it obligatory to consult a doctor before taking DEPREKLER?

No, if you do not have any medical conditions, if you are not taking additional medicines or if you are not under the supervision of a doctor.

9) Can DEPREKLER be addictive?

No, Deprekler does not cause addiction.

10) Can it be the case that I do not feel the effects of DEPREKLER? Can this happen and why?

Yes, it can happen if you take a lower dosage than prescribed or if you take medicines (antidepressants) to which your body is accustomed. Thiazide diuretics such as chlorthalidone (Hygroton®) and hydrochlorothiazide (Esidrix® and HydroDIURIL®) increase the removal of zinc contained in Deprekler from the body via the urine by 60%. Accordingly, prolonged use of thiazide diuretics may reduce the effect of Deprekler.

11) Can DEPREKLER be used together with other CLARIWELL products?

Yes, Deprekler can be used with other Clariwell products, except for Thyrokler. Both Deprekler and Thyrokler contain selenium and zinc, which can lead to an overdose of these minerals when combined.
